BMW Group Plant Landshut is fulfilling its social responsibility, with no fewer than 120 young people currently receiving an apprenticeship at the plant. The range of vocational training opportunities currently includes eight industrial apprenticeships in the fields of technology, production and IT:
- Electronics engineer for automation engineering technology (f/m/d)
- Electronics engineer for industrail engineering (f/m/d)
- Foundry mechanic (f/m/x)
- Industrial mechanic (f/m/x)
- Mechatronics technician (f/m/x)
- Tool mechanic (f/m/x)
- Process mechanic (f/m/x) for plastics and rubber technology
- Cutting machine operator (f/m/x)
- IT system electronics technician (f/m/x)
Throughout their training, apprentices benefit from personal development and support that goes far beyond vocational skills and knowledge through workshops, coaching and individual feedback sessions.
